Remain opportunistic and continue analysis of existing collaborations to determine areas most likely to produce high yields – in priority areas - with the minimum investment of resources. 2. Review fundraising policies and procedures for both institutions in order to develop an agreement to secure philanthropic funding for priorities identified by the Collaborative. 3. Continue building out the project management website and tracking performance of original recommendations as well as all new initiatives. 4. Form “branding” sub committee to begin planning efforts for a joint web domain that would eventually be the public face of the Alliance. 22 Questions?
