• Reason:
BD1(DIODE BRIDGE KBJ408G 4A 800V ) track cut.
QP2(FET MOS TK12A60U 12A 600V TO-220F TOSHIBA)QM5,Q13,Q14
track cut.
QP2 lead broken.
• Corrective action : To be checked and resolder in field in case of dead.
• Preventive action : PSU To be packed in individual box
Note : check the PSU in cold condition before connecting in system
32” DARFON PSU ( 1200057003 / 1200057004 / 1200054938)
 Field complaint : No backlight ( Audio OK)
• Reason:
Protection is enable ( PT pin)
• Corrective action : remove the PT wire from connector CN3 ( pin
19 & pin 20). However this is to be done in case of problem only.
It is not recommended to remove PT wire but after replacing new
PSU if you observed above symtom you can remove in stray case.
