About the Workshop
Physics is the subject of understanding the
nature and universe. It is the only subject that
satisfies the human curiosity and is also the
basis and driving force for technology. Physics
is regarded as a primary tool for engineers. The
main
purpose
of
teaching
physics
to
engineering graduates is to equip them with the
understanding of the scientific methods, so
that they use the training beneficially in their
higher pursuits. To become active participants
in the technological revolution, one has to
necessarily acquaint oneself with the methods
of science.
The aim of this programme is to facilitate
the faculty members with profound knowledge
on recent advancements in physics. The
workshop will equip the participants with the
competency to be aware of current, developing
principles and practices in Engineering physics.
The workshop will provide a vibrant platform to
teaching community of Physics to exchange
ideas, share new findings, discuss results,
innovations and applications. It will be a gathering
work to find strategic remedies to counter
challenges and threats faced by the society, in the
wake of emerging technologies.
Objective of the Workshop:
The major objective of the seminar s to provide
healthy common platform for staff and research
scholars to exchange their ideas, innovate through
among themselves and also gives rich experience
and enhances the outlook of young scientists about
latest trends in the field of Physics.
Invited Talks, Lectures are arranged as a part of
workshop which aims to give research directions in
