50 Days of Consecration The following are minimum targets. If able and called, you are welcome to do more. Be always sure to follow your necessary medication regimen and to carefully follow your doctor's orders . Let us soberly and responsibly try to stretch our faith to levels beyond our past experiences. Week 1 - April 8-14 - Fast One Meal a Day (Preferably Lunch). Week 2 - April 15 - 21 - Fast One Meal a Day (Preferably Lunch). Week 3 - April 22 -28 -This is a Meatless Week. Fast all meats or desserts while eating at your usual meal times (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Eliminate Soda and Candy. Week 4 - April 29 -May 5 - Fast Two Meals a Day. No meat or desserts. Eliminate Soda and candy. Week 5 -May 6 -12- Fast One Meal a Day (Preferably lunch). Only chicken or fish for meat - no desserts. Eliminate soda or candy. Week 6 - May 13 -19 -Fast One Meal a Day (Preferably lunch). Week 7 -May 20 -26 - Fast One Meal a Day (Your choice). 2012 Prayer Points 1- Prayer for the leadership of Bethel Gospel Assembly for wisdom in all areas of ministry. Special focus in the area of members in need of additional support in their spiritual and personal lives. 2- Prayer for continue healing flow that has been manifesting over the past few months. Special concern is in the area of cancer which is on the rise throughout the United States. Aids and Diabetes is also a great concern in the City of New York. We want to God for a supernatural intervention. 3- We are claiming jobs on behalf of those who are out of work. That there will be an increase of in the numbers of those who are in need of work, that they will bring testimonies into the House of God regarding supernatural intervention. 4- Pray for the success of Bethel’s intervention in the area of Gang activities and the negotiating of peace in the streets. Special prayers for Brother Ed Alexander and Elder Mark Williams they work along with Bishop in spearheading this effort. 5- Pray for our youth, and the people of God in general as they battle against societies posture regarding promiscuity, and it’s classifying the biblical standard on our sexuality “outdated.” Holiness is a must, and it requires a determination to believe God’s Word, and appropriate God’s grace and power to defy the declining standards of our time. 6- Pray for the works in St. Vincent (three churches), Jamaica (school), and Venezuela (several Pastors and churches looking for more leadership coming from Bethel as a result of the Urban Global Missions Alliance campaigns from 12-14 years ago). Each of these areas are in need of leadership and technical support from Bethel Gospel Assembly. 7- Pray for the work in South Africa at Harmony Estate and in Willowvalle. Pray for our Field Superintendent, Dr. Ruth Onukwue, Bishop Joel Dibestoe, and the team of Pastor Gordon Williams, Elder Andrew Omotoso and Brother Alvin Forde who will be taking a business trip their on behalf of Bishop in May. 8- Pray for the churches of the Bethel Gospel Global Assemblies International. Special prayers for Rock Foundation Church, Pastor Alex Lakoju regarding their current attempt to buy the building housing their church. Pray for Triumphant Life Church, and their need for larger facilities. Pray for Calvary Gospel Assembly and Pastor Juan Davis that God would grant favor in their congregation and a move to new facilities. Pray for our newest church launch and dedication in Georgia, Abundant Grace Gospel Assembly, and Pastor Freeborn Ukpede in May. 9- Pray for the ongoing work here at Bethel Gospel Assembly and its new Sanctuary. 10- Pray for the renovation at Harlem Pentecostal Assembly church complex and Executive Pastor Lorna Brown and her assistant Elder Jose Reyes, along with Living Waters Christian Center – Pastor Dauda Zongo and (Executive) Pastor Mimsie Robinson, and Bethesda Christian Church Pastor Alberto Davila.
