Why Are You Here Tonight?
1. To discuss and complete as far as possible all paperwork we as a school and a
football club must have completed so that we can offer your son the safest
environment to work in possible
2. To run through kit and gym packages and payment options.
3. Updates of information on Bus and Train Passes where applicable
4. To provide a little background information on the programme: our philosophy,
football timetable, fixture programme, fitness / personal testing, job squads and
fines system.
5. Tours
6. Joe will provide a nutritional and food supplement presentation. He will for
many of the lads suggest supplements such as Protein Shakes and Creatine. This
presentation is to give you any information you may require and total peace of
mind that what is being suggested is 100% beneficial and involves no risks for
the players taking the supplements.
LUTON TOWN FC YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
INDUCTION PACK.
We are going to ask you as parents and players to complete as much of this paperwork
as is possible before you leave tonight.
From experience posting this to the players tend to mean it takes an eternity to get
back to me.
Signing on forms which to the players are the most important document to me are the
least important. Without the rest we cannot even walk on to a Football Pitch.
TONIGHT I AM GOING TO ASK YOU TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:
1.
League Registration Forms
2.
Bus and Train conditions of Use Letters
3.
Kit Order Forms
4.
Gym Enrolment Forms
5.
Social Networking Policy
6.
Player and Parent Codes of Conduct
7.
Player and Parent Guideline Forms
8.
Medical Screening Forms
LUTON TOWN FC YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
KIT PACKAGE.
All players must have a full kit package ready to wear for the start of Pre Season
Training on 29/07/2013 or they will not be allowed to train
If you already have the kit, there is a top up option to enable you to simply replace
worn out kit.
There is also now an added option where you can buy a Bench Coat – This is not
compulsory but we would recommend you do.
For players with no kit there are two kit packages:
Full Kit Pack With the Coat
£200
Full Kit Pack Without the Coat
£175
There are 2 methods of payment as outlined in the Induction Pack, however you may I
must receive all cheques before I will hand over the kit
There are Medium and Large Kit Packages in the Room for you to try on for size if
you need to do so. I strongly advice not to but the small even if the medium comes up
a bit large.
Deadline for kit orders is the 5th July 2013
LUTON TOWN FC YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
GYM PACKAGE.
All players must have a Gym Membership. If they do not they will spend the Thursday
Gym Sessions in Supervised Study Session within the School.
• The Gym Membership we have negotiated with Tiddenfoot, which is adjoined to the
school we believe to be incredibly good value.
• The cost is less than £13 per month for a full 12 month membership . All of the
facilities can be used at any time – Classes are additional cost
• There are 2 methods of payment for the gym as outlined in your induction pack.
• Players will work under the supervision of Joe for our curriculum Gym Sessions.
• Joe will give you a brief outline of what his gym targets will be for the season.
Deadline for Gym Application is the 5th July 2013.

BUS AND TRAIN TICKETS.
All bus and train tickets have been ordered and requests have been agreed by
the suppliers. So all players will get the tickets promised / requested.
All tickets will be supplied if everything goes to plan before the end of June
and if the supply target is met will be effective from 01/07/2013.
All recipients of bus and train will be asked to sign a conditions of use letter.
Until I have this in my hand no passes will be issued.
The value of the train and bus sponsorship is comfortably in excess of
£250,000 and benefits in the region of 100 footballers. We will incredibly
tough on any player that misuses the pass as any misuse will threaten the
entire Sponsorship Package.
TO RECEIVE YOUR BUS OR TRAIN PASS I MUST HAVE YOUR
SIGNED AGREEMENT IN MY HANDS NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 28 TH
JUNE 2013
