LOCAL GOV’T UNIT Provides the land & facilities for Community Information Centers (CICs), Operations and Maintain CIC’s, Provide instructors from the community to be trained by DepEd for assistance in Literacy Mapping and implementing ALS learning programs. ROTARY Provides computer sets and assistance in securing software, reference materials and assistant learning instructors, Assist in literacy mapping, Assist monitoring & Evaluation DEPED Provides classroom facilities for Computer labs in schools, Coordinate w/ LGUs for ELearning Programs at CIC’s ALS teachers, modules, teacher training, Enrollment of Targeted learners, ie. OSY and Adults, Overall supervision of ALS and A&E Programs of DepEd in the community. • Tie up with INSTITUTE OF NON FORMAL EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM OF USJR for Mentoring and Vocational Training. • Tie up with other institutions for livelihood training • Provide E-Learning facilities for MOBILE ALS TEACHERS PROGRAM of the Dept. of Education Bureau of ALS
