Delivery Service Clean uniforms delivered to garment locker Soiled garments should be deposited in soil lock-up container Soiled garments picked up for cleaning Soiled garments are scanned, by item and by employee, after each pick-up by Cintas Plant personnel Each employee will select from available options: Pick-up information is recorded and documented - Coveralls - Shirts and Pants Copy of pick-up and delivery documentation left with MD Anderson’s program contact on day of delivery Implementation 1. Employee Fittings Cintas will provide samples to ensure accurate fit and comfort All sizing information for each employee will be maintained in our computer file 2. Order Garments Each employee will be issued their specified sets of garments All garments will be bar code labeled (See Personalized Bar Code Label) 3. Delivery Schedule Established Clean uniforms delivered (based on prior week’s soiled pick-up) Pick-up/delivery same day each week with the exception of holidays; you will be notified of holiday schedules All service issues will be documented by Service Sales Representative and responsive action taken 2. Professional Garment Cleaning and Maintenance Each garment is carefully inspected each week Garment is professionally cleaned in a water wash process All repairs are made as needed, or at employee’s request Garment repair tags will be available at each location (See Service Request Tag) Size changes will be made at employee’s request Garments will be automatically upgraded as they wear out to ensure continuous protection and quality Personalized Bar Code Label Each employee’s uniforms are bar code labeled with customer’s information on the customer account and individual wearer.
