Purchasers of the equipment are considered the owners of the space and can
create their own charges and rules of acceptance of advertising. Units may
elect to:
– Use all space for internal unit messaging
– Accept advertising from other units or outside organizations
– Choose to barter reciprocal space with other units.
Accepted advertising must follow current university policy.
All university visual and licensing/trademark policies must be followed.
Emergency messaging must be able to take over a board at any time deemed
necessary by the Office of Emergency Management or the Police Department.
Space for campus or university messages should be made available when
needed. PSA’s will be tailored to not encompass more than 5 minutes of
impression time per hour.
