Units may elect to: – Use all space for internal unit messaging – Accept advertising from other units or outside organizations – Choose to barter reciprocal space with other units. Accepted advertising must follow current university policy. All university visual and licensing/trademark policies must be followed. Emergency messaging must be able to take over a board at any time deemed necessary by the Office of Emergency Management or the Police Department. Space for campus or university messages should be made available when needed. PSA’s will be tailored to not encompass more than 5 minutes of impression time per hour.
