• They need auditor (high cost of auditor).

• In terms of accounting method that are not
following the country’s standard: Educate
through seminar, training & classes the need to
keep track and practice the proper accounting
standard and procedure. Government should
form a special committee to monitor actions of firm
• In terms of auditor: Government helps in
financing the cost of hiring auditor .e.g. paying half
the salary of the auditor or government can
provide their own auditor to firms.

When Seri Pekatan was opened back in 1998,
there was only two workers that are employed.
When Seri Pekatan opened its own factory in
Lambak in 2001, there was a positive increase in
the human resources.
Now there are almost 50 employees under Seri
Pekatan Sdn Bhd.
Most workers that are employed are foreign
workers.

expensive.
• Cost of producing – they try to cut out some
costs by using machineries more then labors
for the long-term benefit.
