Why use RES? • Keep local and ANBD holdings up to date in one step • Control – you choose the records you want • Multiple block downloads per day • Free • Reporting What record formats are available? • Records are output in MARC21, with MARC8 or UNICODE character encoding. You can select to receive them in unblocked or unspanned output format. This will be determined by the setup of your local system. Can I obtain some test files? • Before registering for RES you can obtain free test files to trial loading records into your library system.
