” ... kind of behavior that includes: (1) initiative taking, (2)
the organizing and reorganizing of social and economics
mechanism to turn resources and situation to practical account,
(3) the acceptance of risk or failure.”
“ …suatu perilaku yang mencakup (1) berinisiatif (2)
mengorganisir serta mengorganisir ulang cara berfikir
untuk merubah sumber daya dan situasi yang ada
menjadi sesuatu yang dibutuhkan masyarakat, serta
(3) pengelolaan atas risiko dan kegagalan.
