The aim of Green Solutions is to encourage innovation and help

What is a Green Solution:
• A product or service that is an integral part of a project
• It provides environmental and economic benefits to our
customers – has a strong business case
• Has been used successfully at least once
• Is transferable to Skanska
• Is strategically important to Skanska’s business

What a Green solution is not:

• A research project
• A concept or a prototype
Requirements:
In considering the above your submission should be consistent
with Skanska’s Sustainable Procurement Policy and address
one or more of the following, with quantifiable benefits:
• Energy efficiency and / or use of alternative energy
• Reduced emissions
• Effective use of materials
• Improved water quality and preservation

7. Customer endorsement (Skanska/ other) in particular with regard to the economic
benefits
