Around 10% of a companies electricity
is often used for compressed air.
Leakage is often 10-30%, with worst
cases up to ~50%.
Repairs to leaks are usually simple.
Ultrasonic detection…

Ultrasonic sound detection is needed
because on average ~5% of air leaks
are loud enough to hear.
Our surveys show that ~95% of
companies which use compressed air
have leaks – sometimes we also
locate and cost gas leaks!

(range from 2 to 50 per company)

(range £235 to £18,774.64!)
