repeat process and add more

Select the areas you would
like to receive notifications
from and
Click Next
Read and select the
website agreements and
Click Next
Read the NEPO Equality Charter
and select from one of the options
Check Registration details and
Click Submit Registration
Click Ok to finish the
Registration Wizard

How to search for opportunities
and express interest
Go to the NEPO Portal
at www.nepoportal.org and
click on “Current Opportunities”
Click on the “Search” link
to the right of
Latest Opportunities
Enter your search criteria and
click search
Click on the contract title in blue
Read through the opportunity
description and if you would
like to register your interest
Click on the “Login &
Register Interest” button
Enter your login details and
click on the “Sign In” button
After you have logged in click
on the “Express Interest” button
You will now see the
Following Message
Click ok
A confirmation email will now
be issued (as shown below)
If the opportunity has
been published
An email will be issued with further
details and a link to access the opportunity
directly (as shown below)
Clicking on this link will take
you directly into the opportunity

Click on My Opportunities
Click on the drop down box,
select the Authority and click on
the green arrow
Click on the Opportunity that
you would like to view
Click on the contract title
Click on the folder or link
to view further information
and tender documents
NB: Response wizard and Register
Intent will be greyed out until you
have viewed the further information
And documents section
On this page you can view the
tender information. Any tender
documents should be downloaded at this
point and saved onto your PC.
After you have downloaded the
documents click on finish
The Response Wizard and Register
Intent buttons will now be available.
Click on Register Intent and then
Response Wizard
Read through the
introduction information and
Click Next
Enter a reference number
If you have any additional
Information this can be
added here then
Click next
Click on the “Add” button
to start uploading your
documents
Clicking browse will open up
your files and folders. Select the file
you would like to attach or
Click on the “upload multiple attachments”
button to upload multiple files and click
save and then next
Click yes to accept the terms & conditions.
If you click no and don’t accept the terms
and conditions you must give a reason why
Click next
Check your submission information.
If all information is correct then
Click submit response
Click on submit
response to confirm
