Mention the SKILL you are developing as well as the ACTIVITY …and make sure your tutor has signed and verified it 2. Taking the folder apart Page 5 is a record of progress, showing how you have accumulated enough credits to be awarded the CoPE qualification It is vital that you record the total number of credits achieved in this box, tick Level 1 or Level 2, and, again, get a signature from both student and teacher + date If you have got credits from other ASDAN short courses, awards or agreed credits from other sources (Work Experience logbooks, etc.), write down the total credits here. Also, write this into the table on page 56 of your purple book 2. And of course, a final outcome Please note that all work in plastic wallets must be visible for moderation purposes (i.e. wallets should not contain more than one double-sided sheet, or two sheets back to back)
