Register in the Unique Registration Facility (URF) system to receive a PIC code 2. Check compliance with the eligibility requirements and financial conditions 3. Complete electronically the application form and submit it (only the coordinatorapplicant organisation) Compliance with the programme requirements • A participating organisation can be any public or private organisation, established in a Programme Country or in any Partner Country • An applicant organisation (coordinator) – an organisation established in a Programme Country Erasmus+ Programme Guide 1) The ERASMUS + programme objectives 2) aims of the action 3) Defines the eligibility criteria, award criteria and financial rules (p. 97 – 100 Programme Guide 2014) 4) Information about project application development, implementation, reporting, dissemination (p. 191.-205., p. 237.-240 Programme Guide 2014) Completion of the application form The application forms contains the information on : 1) Applicant organisation and participating organisations; 2) Project objectives and tasks/activities; 3) Expected results; 4) Project budget and the financing requested. Project planning The project is oriented towards: 1. Exchange of experience and good practices? 2. Development of innovative practices? Depending on the objectives of the project, the participating organisations involved, the expected impact, Strategic Partnerships can be of different sizes, and adapt their activities accordingly. Rationale of the project, objectives and needs to be addresses Why is the project necessary? What problems do you plan to address/solve with the help of the project? What is the innovative aspect of the project? Project partners. What will be their contribution to the project? Communication with the partners – how will it be organised? Do you foresee transnational project meetings? What will be the purpose of these meetings? Who will be the participants? Most relevant topics addressed by the project – connected with the priorities of Erasmus + programme and priorities o of KA2 (Erasmus + Programme Guide) . Planned project results – expected results during the project and on its completion. Provide a detailed description of project results. Application form section (E) Section E– Preparation: what will be done before the project activities (needs analyses, distribution of partner tasks, establishment of a working group) E.1. Project management 1) How will proper budget control be ensured? 2) How will quality of the project`s activities and results be monitored? Whether any evaluation and monitoring activities are foreseen? 3) Measures to handle possible risks? 4) Activities and indicators of achievement (quantitative and qualitative) Application form section (F) Section F – Project implementation: Description of the activities – the project application includes all the project phases: preparation, implementation, follow-up, dissemination); the work programme is clearly defined, realistic and relevant to the objectives of the project and reaching project results. Application form section (G) Dissemination and use of project results - Project results are transferrable to other target groups; - Appropriate methods and tools will be used for dissemination; - Planned activities will ensure optimal use of results at different levels - Each participating organisation has adequate resources available - Examples of dissemination activities are provided in Erasmus + Programme Guide 2014, p. 248. Application form section (H) Section H – Budget The proposed funding model consists of items from which applicants will choose according to the activities they want to undertake and the results they want to achieve. Applicant organisation submits the application form to the National Agency of the country in which the organisation is established Award Criteria • Maximum 100 points • 4 evaluation criteria 1) Relevance of the project (maximum 30 points), 2) Quality of the project design and implementation (maximum 20 points), 3) Quality of the project team and the cooperation arrangements (maximum 20 points), 4) Impact and dissemination (maximum 30 points). 5) To be considered for funding, proposals must score at least 60 points 6) and they must score at least half of the maximum points in each of the categories of award criteria Working group themes • Interdisciplinary teaching and learning approaches, methods & facilities. • Linking studies to real life: awareness of local community, EU and world issues. • Transnational entrepreneurship classroom • Interdisciplinary education and entrepreneurship: crafts, arts, design, theatre & music. • Entrepreneurship: tourism, travelling, hospitality, designing souvenirs & foreign languages. • Entrepreneurship: ecology, natural sciences, technics, electronics & foreign languages. • Blended (face-to-face + virtual) learning for entrepreneurship and creativity. • Young enterprise: school – business – community partnership. • Creativity and entrepreneurship skills in vocational studies. • Social entrepreneurship.
