TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE – AN OVERVIEW

Purpose & Outcome
To understand the TPM philosophy and approach for "Zero Defects, Zero Accidents and
Zero Breakdown", and the various pillars for this goal.
By the end of the training, participants would be aware of TPM requirements and resources
needed.
Process
Through presentation participant will be:
- Provide TPM basic concepts.
- Role of senior management.
- Process map for TPM.
Schedule : 4 Hrs.

plan the first 3 steps of Autonomous Maintenance, to reduce losses as identified by OEE
calculation and take improvement projects.
Process
Through presentation and exercises participants will be:
- provided basic concepts of TPM, methodology of implementation.
- guided to use the techniques of TPM.
- guidance to initiate autonomous maintenance, calculate OEE and identify improvement
projects.
Schedule : 0900 to 1730 Hrs.
Who Should Attend ?
All senior and middle management executives from production, maintenance, engineering, QA,
HRM, Planning and Materials, Marketing etc.
