Purpose & Outcome

Management with reference to EFQM model. Focus will be on:
• Principles and concepts of TQM
• Evolution of Quality Awards
• EFQM model for Business Excellence and Criteria Requirements
• TQM Principles such as Policy Management, Critical Process Analysis, Human Resource
Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer & Employee satisfaction Measurement
• Overview of self assessment process
• Action Planning
Schedule : 0900 to 1700 hrs. (Both days)
