Objective:
Members of the Bear Creek PBIS team will share how
PBIS data guides decision-making regarding
interventions for yellow & red zone students.
Discussion will encompass both global and targeted
strategies utilized to support their PBIS program and
established county mandates (i.e., SST, IEP, attendance).
Our Data Teams


We have two teams analyzing school-wide data
in addition to our PBIS committee
PBIS Behavior Team
– Meets 1x/month during school day
– 2nd Tuesday of the month
– Includes team leader, coach, administrator, and school
counselor

Attendance Team
– Meets 1x/month during school day
– 4th Tuesday of the month
– Includes team leader, coach, administrator, school
counselor, social worker, and PPW
PBIS Behavior Team


Data printed and copied by team leader for
team to review
Data includes:
– Big 5 PBIS data lists – average referrals/day/month,
location, problem behaviors, time of day, students
involved
– List of all yellow/red zone students
– Informal input from Focus Room Interventionist
– Data from the PBIS store

