Different environments may effect personality types Two primary types: Introvert Extravert “Introverts focus their attention towards the inner, mental world rather than external, physical ‘reality’” (Finnis, 2010) Usually enjoy sitting quietly while socializing Enjoy fewer, deeper relationships to numerous casual friendships Usually very good at drawing, writing and excels in school work They strive for perfection and receive the best grades available Have a Personality Color of: Blue Make friends fairly easy Socially able: More aware of activity in their environment than their own thoughts and feelings Very outspoken and outgoing Usually assume leadership role and excel at it Increased level of dopamine and they look for stimulating activities Extroverts are usually the Project Managers and take the lead Introverts usually go with the flow and follow the Project Manager or other leaders Introverts get the assignment and just get the project done Both of these types of personalities work well together as a team Finnis, J.
