The Print option under File will print a screen shot of the current screen (PRINT SCREEN) 2. WEBUTIL saves the report to a specified location. To use this functionality: Run report Choose Show Document from the Options menu (prompts to save file) Reports save as a .LIS format Open using a text editor (Notepad, WordPad or MS Word) Printing in Banner Preferences for printing and data exports must be set up in the INB form: GUAUPRF 37 In the Directory options tab: • Data Extract format must be set to WEBUTIL • Set preference for location where exports will be saved (ie.
