 FIU’s last strategic plan was the 20012010 Millennium Strategic Plan
 The appointment of President Mark
Rosenberg in the Fall of 2009
coincided with the need to develop a
new strategic plan.

staff at any time and any location
 Develop internal structures and reward systems to encourage and support
effective implementation of the university's vision
