FBLA-PBL National Leadership Conference National Eligibility The first, second and third-place winners in the following individual and team competitive events at the State Leadership Conference will be eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference: Accounting I Business Calculations Business Communication Business Law Business Math Business Procedures Computer Problem Solving Cyber Security Economics FBLA Principles and Procedures Introduction to Business Introduction to Business Communication Introduction to Parliamentary Procedure Introduction to Technology Concepts Networking Concepts Personal Finance Sports Management Technology Concepts The first and second-place winners in the following individual and team events at the State Leadership Conference will be eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference: Accounting II Banking & Financial Systems Business Ethics Business Financial Plan Business Plan Project Business Presentation Client Services Computer Applications Computer Game & Simulation Programming Database Design & Applications Desktop Application Program Desktop Publishing Digital Design & Promotion Digital Video Production E-Business Electronic Career Portfolio Emerging Business Issues Entrepreneurship Global Business Help Desk Impromptu Speaking Job Interview Management Decision Making Management Information Systems Marketing Network Design Parliamentary Procedure Public Speaking I Public Speaking II Spreadsheet Applications Web Site Design Word Processing I Word Processing II The first- and second-place winners in the following chapter events at the State Leadership Conference will be eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference: American Enterprise Project Community Service Project Partnership with Business Local Chapter Annual Business Report The first-place winners in the following individual events at the State Leadership Conference will be eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference: Mr. Future Business Leader Ms. Future Business Leader The first-place winner in the Who’s Who in FBLA recognition event at the State Leadership Conference will be eligible to compete at the National Leadership Conference. Fifteen (15)-percent of the total number of active local chapters are eligible to receive the Gold Seal Chapter Award of Merit at the National Leadership Conference. There is no limit to the number of entries at the National Leadership Conference for the following recognition events: Largest Local Chapter Membership–Professional Division Local Recruitment of Chapters
