Biomimetic hereby offer a directed share issue to existing shareholders who has showed interest in wanting to expand their existing shareholdings.
In addition, targeted offer to buy shares in Biomimetic primarily goes to a few selected external persons who expressed their interest in the MHE FR
Additive products and to want to invest in Biomimetic Technology Ltd.
Everything takes place under the initially mentioned and to date not fully occupied share issues in MHE - Group of companies.
Biomimetic have to take account of the above happy to offer a new share issue of 100 blocks of shares for each 1.000 shares per shareholding at a cost of £ 2,000 GBP per shareholding.
For individual subscription to the larger blocks of shares offered some discount.

Biomimetic erbjuder härmed en riktad aktieemission till bolagets aktieägare vilka visat intresse av att vilja utöka sitt befintliga aktieinnehav.
Dessutom riktas erbjudandet om att teckna aktier i Biomimetic till ett fåtal externt utvalda personer som uttalat sitt intresse för MHE FR och att vilja investera i Biomimetic Technology Ltd.
Allt inom ramen för de initialt omnämnda och till dags dato ej till fullo disponerade aktieemissionerna inom MHE - gruppen av företag.
Biomimetic har med anledning av ovan nämnda glädjen att erbjuda en ny aktieemission om 100 aktieposter om vardera 1,000 aktier per aktiepost till en kostnad av £ 2,000 GBP per aktiepost.
Vid enskild teckning av större aktieposter erbjuds viss rabatt.
