social accessibility

 Promotes active participation of persons with
disabilities in all aspects of human life
 ส่ งเสริ มการมีส่วนร่ วมงานของคนพิการในทุกด้านของชีวติ
 Aims to eliminate barriers that prevent access of persons
with disabilities to basic services in the community
 จุดมุ่งหมายคือการกาจัดสิ่ งกีดขวางที่คนพิการจะเข้าถึงบริ การของสังคม

1) Physical environment

 The environment should
be made accessible for all
in the community
including persons with
disabilities, the elderly,
pregnant women, etc.
สภาพแวดล้อมควรจะเข้าถึงได้ทุก
คนรวมถึงคนพิการ คนชรา และ
หญิงตั้งครรค์
2. Information and communication

 All information should
be accessible to all
people including
hearing impaired (sign
language), visually
impaired (Braille), and
other persons with
diverse disabilities. ข้อมูล
ทั้งหมดควรเข้าถึงได้ทุกคน
รวมทั้งคนที่สูญเสี ยการได้ยนิ
(ภาษามือ), คนที่บกพร่ องทาง
สายตา (อักษรเบรลล์) และบุคคล
อื่นที่มีความพิการหลากหลาย

 Regulations and systems
should not prohibit persons
with disabilities to engage in
various activities like
everyone else. (e.g. some
countries have regulations
that make it difficult for
persons with disabilities to
