CoNeT Intensive Programme Modern Data Transfer Standards for Industrial Automation The second edition of the IPNeT takes place at Technological Educational Institute of Crete in Greece from 15th till 28th of July 2012 IPNeT is an LLP ERASMUS Intensive Programm closely connected with CoNeT Project (Cooperative Network Training). Its topic is Modern Data Transfer Standards for Industrial Automation. The main goal of IPNeT is to train participants how to design, build, configure, program and troubleshoot industrial automation systems utilizing different industrial networks for data exchange. IPNeT is a short-term intensive course gathering students from several universities form Europe. Aims of the Summer School: Reqiurements: • Basis of Ethernet based IO systems • Profinet on Siemens platform • Profinet on Phoenix Contact platform • Ethernet/IP on Allen-Bradley platform • Wireless technology in automation systems • Be a graduate student • have a good command of spoken and written English • be able to work and live in a multicultural team • know the basics of PLC configuration and programming Information und Bewerbungen bis zum 30.April 2012: O.
