Teachers prepare for every lesson carefully
A routine of lesson delivery is established.
Learners arrive promptly at class and settle down to work.
Pace setters (Curriculum management and support booklet
pp.13-15) are used to guide curriculum delivery.
Teachers use the predictability framework (Curriculum
management and support booklet pp.11-13)
to report on the pace of delivery.
Teachers share their experiences in the classroom to learn
from one another.
When implementation falls behind, plans are made to catch
up.
Teachers and HoDs work cooperatively to ensure quality
teaching.
