Make sure your bicycle is safe
Have good brakes, tyres, a bell, a rear reflector and lights front and rear if riding at night
Make sure your bicycle is the correct size

Don't ride on pavements
Wear bright clothing - use lights after dark and in poor weather conditions
Don't ‘Jump’ red lights
Use cycle lanes where available

Always look and signal before you start, stop or turn.
