Travel guide is a person who leads the organized groups of
tourists at all over of tourist destinations, famous historical
and cultural places,towns,museums…
You need to have specific knowledge of the area for which
they are responsible.
Tour guides usually explain and show tourists
the natural beauty of a landscape, cultural
and historic monuments.
They tell tourists about important historical
events and persons associated with certain
sites, buildings and historical periods. Travel
guides provide information about certain
places and areas, local customs, beliefs and
traditions.
They work outdoors in various weather
conditions. They do not have specific working
hours, and the length of their working day
depending on the tourist season or holiday.
Tour guides who work as tour escorts travel
frequently, sometimes traveling and changing
time zones, so they must adjust to the job their
rhythm of life
