Property Consultants manages SINGLE
FAMILY homes only. We specialize in upscale
homes which rent between $1500.00 and
$5000.00 per month.
The standard Lease Agreement is 12 months.




We will visit the property to review with you
and discuss the proposed rental price.
A Management Agreement is prepared for
your signature.
Your property is added to our available
inventory and advertising outlets. A sign is
placed at the property.
A renter is found and a Lease Agreement is
signed with Property Consultants. Your
proceeds are transferred to you!
