Search within specific lay journals

Here is a list of Lay journals that could be
used for the assignment. These journals
can be found in EBSCOhost. “Academic search premier”
◦ New Scientist
◦ Scientific America
◦ Time
◦ Newsweek
◦ Prevention
Go to the library home page
Click on Search and Find
Click on A-Z List
Click on EBSCOhost
Check Mark Academic Search
Premier ONLY
Hit Continue
Click on Publications
Type the journal name in the
publication search box and click browse.
Check mark the correct journal and
click add.
Notice the journal title is now
added to the search box.
Add your search string in the search
box. Example: (JN "New Scientist") and cloning
click search for results.
Continue with the next journal.
(You can search with in multiple journals at the same time)
