For UC, CIOs tell us that they prefer Telcos to Systems or
IT providers
Telco capabilities are much better
than SIs and local resellers, but in
customer orientation they are
much weaker.
System integrators do not run this
for you. They have a telco behind
them. My opinion is that the telcos
will try to drive this market forward
and to sell this as one product.
