Almost like plugging a super long network cable into office. Note: Only Windows machines are fully compatible with “all” Clinical applications. SharePoint Offline Line Files and Folders Mark specific file or folder to be “Available Offline”. While “disconnected” - be able to access cached copies of files Offline Line Files and Folders When re-connected… Files will automatically “Re-Sync”. If conflicts are found – they will be resolved based on your choices. Offline Line Files and Folders Some items to remember: • Only available with Microsoft products. • Keeps your data in sync with X:\ and H:\ drives. Warning Note – making entire folders or large files available for offline use may consume large amounts of hard drive space on your local workstation. Also, the “initial sync” may take several hours and cause a heavy network load as well. Please consider this when configuring files or folders for offline usage. Questions and Answers
