• All points earned by the Sales teams are uploaded to the ‘Company Account’ in the EU, not directly to the individuals (PSRs/PSEs). For some sales incentives coming up in FY13, points will be rewarded to the Company Account across EMEAR. It is very important for the Company Sponsor/Administrator to understand how to use the tool as it is their responsibility to distribute points to their sales team.
• The Company account is generally administered by the AG/PSF Company Sponsor. For these people, they will have 2 accounts set up in the Cisco Rewards platform- their individual account and a Company
Account.
• To access, the company sponsor logs in to Cisco Rewards via PSF Connect or www.ciscorewards.com
as themselves via CCO credentials.
• From the home page, select ‘Choose Account’ and the Company Name which should appear. This will take the Sponsor to the ‘Company Account’
