Survey – Authority to Operate (ATO) complete Jan 2014 Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for Data Collection efforts – Champions briefed in 23 Jul 2014 Phase 2 underway to study implementation of Phase 1 recommendations Troubleshooting analytics capability Navy Occupational Data Collection and Management Tool (NODCAM) – 6.5 R&D initiative to build tool for development of OCCSTDs. Prototype complete - 2013 Initial server set-up complete- Aug 2014 ECD – Mar 2015 OCCSTDs and Content Planning Module (CPM) Integration – CFT initiative to incorporate final OCCSTDs data into a comprehensive and authoritative database within the NETC managed Content Planning Module. This allows for seamless transfer of data and ready access for stakeholders.
