Presentation Instructions for Speakers
Short talk Format
• Short talk session is held in Evergreen Room I
that is different from the poster exhibition room
(Peak and Pine Rooms).
• Each speaker will be given a 2-minute time slot.
Poster Presentation
• Put your poster on the board before your session
and keep posted until the end of the workshop.
• Posters can be posted from 8:00 AM on the first
day of the workshop.
Instructions for the short talk
Short talk (2-minute Presentation)
• At the beginning of each session, form a queue
along the wall of the room to wait for your turn.
• Use a microphone in your talk.
• There is a 2-minute time limit for each talk.
• Stop your talk immediately once the bell rings.
• After the short talk session, move to the poster
exhibition room for further discussion.
