Out of the dues collected every month:
25% goes to the National Education Association (NEA)
50% goes to Education Minnesota
25% stays here in Rochester with us (REA)

Out of the 25% of your dues that stay
in Rochester, we can provide:
1. A Full-Time release President to work for us
2. Professional development
3. Donations to student-worthy causes
4. Participation in local and statewide lobbying
5. Funding to send teachers to state and national
conventions
