CORRIA SST-1 In line with the DepEd Memorandum DM-OUHROD 2024-0037 Guidelines on the conduct of the In-Service Training for Teachers (INSET) for school year 2023-2024. In the continues pursuit of excellence in providing quality professional development programs for Teachers and school leaders, the national educators academy of the Philippines (NEAP) hereby issues the following guidelines in the conduct of the In-Service Training for Teachers (INSET) on 24-26 and 29-30 January 2024 as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 22, s ,2023 titled Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities for the school year 2023-2024. This five-day session aims to further expand the participants knowledge on different teaching materials, system, and approaches that are useful in delivering quality instruction. I have scope important ideas that should help me become more effective as a mentor, more responsible as a school personnel, and more active as a member of a progressive academe. In every undertaking, there must be something that we must learned and reflected on the training, the purpose of this Midyear Performance Review and Evaluation, INSET and the Performance monitoring and Coaching Form is not just to comply but for our development and school improvement too for the sake of our students learning. The MPRE aims to strengthen teachers skills and align their individual performance plans with school objectives. Key activities include reviewing teachers evaluation criteria, assessing competencies taught, creating development plans, and reviewing instructional materials and past program. Filling out our Mid-Year Review Form was one of our accomplishments during the review period. It allowed us to select on the teaching practices, instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques we employ in our classes. This documentation can be valuable when preparing for future evaluations, through the review process, teachers and administrators can identify areas where additional trainings development may be beneficial. We conversed about the significance of the review, evaluation, and training, affirmative to the opening remarks of our school head, Mr. Janone A. Cibal. I believed that valuable resources that all the Teachers have is each other, without collaboration our growth is limited to our own perspective. In all honesty I was overly motivated when this training started. Motivation is another aspect that influences learning outcomes. I really appreciate the things I have rediscovered and uncovered in learning about the different topics that each speaker had shared. The topics in this INSET are timely, relevant, and necessary way of teaching-learning Guadalupe National High School 304713 styles. Really informative and applicable to our work us teacher. Thanks to all the learnings that I had within these INSET training. We must actively engage ourselves in shared initiatives, collaborative projects, and knowledge-sharing platforms. This collective spirit not only enriches our own professional intelligence but contributes to the collective wisdom of the educational system. As we end this training, what has been reflected and what I have learned is the essence of CHANGE. As teachers, we should learn how to cope and adapt to changes because knowing how to cope with it is a sign that we give a room for improvement and development. As agents of change, we should also know how to take risk. Planning for certain goals is important if the plan fails, work on another plan until we reach our target.
