The programming / start-up of the SPL logic and FCPU will not be discussed here. The signals between SINUMERIK 840D sl and IM 151-8 F-CPU are transmitted via Profinet (controller - controller) by way of F_Send/F_Receive. The F_Send/F_Receive communication is used to map OUTSE/P from SINUMERIK 840D sl to inputs of the IM 151-8 F-CPU (SFC14) or outputs of IM151-8 F-CPU (SFC15) to INSE/P signals of SINUMERIK 840D sl (in this example: OUTSE/P[41-44] to DB x.y and DBx.y to INSE/P[50-53]). The following OBs are required: OB 82, OB83, OB86. If a variable substitute value is required, it can be programmed by way of the SPL logic.
