Photographer for the community outreach program ‘The Bridges Project’
Photographed California Bay Area residents who were affected by historical events such
as the Japanese Internment Camps, Cultural Revolution and the Vietnam War.
Taught high school students photography so that they could in turn document their take on the project.
Coordinated educational field trips to interview sites and historical markers such as Angel Island, an
Immigrant detainment center during the early 1900s.
Produced photographs for a 33 piece-traveling exhibition.
