Project consists of an approx. 1,000 SF office building with the possibility of a high roof and
cantilevered of stud wall trellis/canopy. The construction will be light gauge steel studs and
conventional concrete spread footings and a 60,000 SF self-storage metal building.
 Columbia Storage Facility –Arizona USA
Project consists of 7 self-storage metal buildings with an approx. 68,600 SF constructed with
light gauge steel studs and conventional concrete spread footings.

Project consists of an approximately 3,700 SF 2-story building with 4 apartment units that are the
same, and outdoor stairs, the building will be wood stud walls, prefabricated wood I joist floor and
