A concrete beam is reinforced by 3 steel rods placed as shown. The modulus of Elasticity is 20 GPa
for concrete and 200 GPa for steel. Using an allowable stress of 10 MPa for concrete in
compression and 150 MPa for steel, determine the largest bending moment which can be
applied to the beam.
