INTRODUCTION
On-the-Job Training (OJT) is very important to the trainee, as a chance to gain first-hand
experience and to enhance his skills. During the training days, the trainee had the opportunity to
relate and associate the real operations and other corresponding responsibilities. It further helped
him to learn and to appreciate the importance of the different flow of repairing procedures and
policies affecting the management of an establishment. The trainee also developed his
confidence not only in the school but also throughout the entire duration of the training
(Heathfield, 2012)
The student conducted his OJT at Fiona’s Farm located at Lapaz, Magalang, Pampanga. The OnJob Training (OJT) started on January 23, 2022 and it lasted for 6 weeks. He planted 12 crop
which are lemon grass, eggplant, hot chili pepper, dragon fruits, squash, lady finger, string beans,
spinach, sunflower, zinnia, and melon.
