SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR INFLUENCERS
AGREEMENT made this 8th day of March year 2022 by and between BUZZONE and
_____________.
1.
Influencer Activities
A. As an Influencer/Management, you agree to work on a project for our client,
BACTIDOL .
B. You agree to use the social media platform, Instagram & Facebook, for the
purpose of achieving the objectives defined by BACTIDOL .
C. Influencers will abide by the agreed timing: concept development content
submission.
D. Scope of Services:
(1) 2 Instagram posts and 1 Instagram story for client’s approval
(2) The influencer must submit the draft caption and photos before posting.
(3) The influencer must submit the insights 7 days after the posting.
2. Terms and Termination. This Agreement will be in March 2022. Early
termination shall occur upon breach of this Agreement.
3. Professional Conduct. You agree that when participating in Influencer Activities,
you will, at all times, conduct yourself in a professional manner that is consistent with the
image of the brand, BACTIDOL .
4. Association. You agree not to reference your relationship with us in connection
with any political activity, social cause, or commercial activity in which BACTIDOL is not
associated with , without our prior and written consent.
5. Interviews and Confidentiality. During the course of the engagement, Influencer
must not share any information about BACTIDOL that will put the brand in a bad light.
Otherwise, the contract will be automatically terminated.
6. Representations. You represent and warrant that (i) you have complete power to
enter into this Agreement: (ii) the execution , delivery, and performance of this Agreement
will not violate the rights of any third party; (iii) you own and operate your social media
accounts, websites, or blogs on which you create and post content; (iii) your content shall
be wholly original with you and not copied in whole or in part from any other work except
materials in the public domain or supplied to you by BuzzOne or BACTIDOL ; (iv) your
content will not contain trademarks wonder by other brands without written permission; (v)
your content will not defame, misrepresent, or contain disparaging remarks about other
people, companies, or products; (vi) your content does not violate copyright law or any laws.
7. BACTIDOL and BuzzOne are not liable for any wrong & misleading information
as well as behaviour shared with and directed towards the Influencers’ followers, provided
that the said misconduct/misinformation are not in the content guideline.
8. BACTIDOL will have to approve ALL posts first prior to posting except the ones
that are out of scope output or free values (for example: IG story during the event).
9. Ownership & Copyright of content produced belongs to the influencer.
However, Influencers will still have to observe the content guideline provided by BACTIDOL
.
10. For the services rendered, you will receive PHP 1,250.00 NET. The payment
process will be 60 days after the submission of the signed billing invoice from the
influencer/respective management.
Please confirm your agreement to the foregoing by affixing your signature below.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date stated
above.
