Learning Goal: Be able to clearly understand and review all the articles that we studied before
and will be discussed to us by our professor, and solve authentic problem applying concepts in
Review on Law on Obligation and Contracts, Review on Business Organizations and on Other
Regulatory Frameworks.
Specific: Achieve a grade of atleast 90 in all my formative assessments, learning assessments,
mastery tests and other learning outputs.
Attainable: Read all the modules, extra study materials and our books carefully and listen
attentively to our professor’s discussion of the articles. If there will be complicated parts, I will do
my own research and reread useful resources with detailed explanations in order to thoroughly
understand it. Also, analyze all the concepts and create solutions in solving the identified authentic
problem.
Measurable: Solve real situational problems based on the lessons taught to us in order to have a
deep understanding of the concepts.
Realistic and Relevant: Design a project or output to successfully solve the authentic problems
that will be given to us.
Time – Limited and Trackable: Produce an effective output conforming with the standards and
prescribed schedule.
