A turning point in their life, that established themselves as a leader today. Reveals the story of how they became who they are today to their deepest values, their most passionate beliefs. ‘True North’ teaches us how to discover true leadership. In other words, how do you become a truly authentic leader who stays true to what you believe in throughout life and in the business world, the non-profit world, or whatever area of leadership you decide? Today, we face major leadership crisis that span politics, government, business, nonprofits, education, and religion. Trust in leaders, especially in business and politics is at an all-time low. Part of this problem stems from a mistaken notion of what constitutes a leader, fueled by an obsession with leaders at the top. Too often, we have chosen the wrong people to lead and given them too much power. ‘True North - Discovering Your Authentic Leadership’, answer the question, how do I become a true leader?
