COMMUNITY-BASED INTERVENTIONS
For the best interest of minor ________________ and the community, the following
interventions are recommended for the period of ___months from _____________________
relative to the offense committed and complaint filed before this Council, the following
community-based interventions are hereby agreed on for the parties present, to wit:
For the CHILDREN:
1. To stay with their family at their house in __________________
2. To participate in the community development activities such as Participate in church
such Community cleaning in Barangay Divisoria, attend sessions in every activity in the
barangay and to take part in the community volunteer works;
3. To continue their formal education;
4. To stay away from those people that badly influenced them and shall not be involved in
gangs and fraternities and prevent from committing another offense;
5. To abide the curfew hours imposed by law and by their parents/guardian;
6. To report to their social worker every third Thursday of the month starting February 23,
2023 for counselling session, psychosocial interventions and monitoring;
7. To undergo Community Service within the Barangay premises every Sunday at 8:00AM
to 12:00 noon for the period of three months;
8. Undergo skills training sessions, capacity-building, values formation and inculcation and
other seminars and forums geared towards capacitating the minor the necessary life
skills and equipped him/her with ample knowhow, skills and right attitude as provided
by the Barangay Council for the protection of Children of Divisoria.
For the PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
1. To ensure that the child is with good company at all times.
2. To closely monitor activities of the child and guide her so not to engage again in
delinquent activities;
3. To ensure that the child is staying with them in Divisoria this City at the time of Three (3)
months intervention.
4. To impose curfew hours to the child and that she should be at home by 7:00 P.M. to
prevent him/her from wandering around and getting involved in any illegal activities;
5. To ensure that the child attends her schooling;
6. To accompany the child when he reports with the social worker every third Thursday for
the period of Three (3) months.
7. For the parents to attend the PES seminar
