Teachers need review /inputs of the teaching strategies in the core subject areas. All teachers responded that they needed ample time to test construction assessment techniques 1 teacher responded that she still needs computer literacy skills. With these results , an INSET focusing on the assessment on the K-12 Curriculum is strongly needed to answer the current problems of teachers. CONCLUSION: Therefore, conducting a School-based In-Service Training on Assessment on the k-12 Curriculum is necessary to address the pressing needs of the school.
