Summary: This is a telecom company which builds cellular towers for mobile companies. Basically, the team consists of two departments, deployment, and supply chain. Both departments are working in collaboration to achieve the target of deploying and configuring hardware on 10% of the remote area sites. Team mission: Our goal is to deploy and configure hardware on 10% of our remote sites by the end of this quarter. Norms and rules of engagement: We will: Seek first to understand, and then to be understood Be clear and to the point Practice active, effective listening skills Keep discussions on track Use visual means like charts, drawing, table to facilitate discussion Build on each other’s ideas Encourage everyone to participate We will hold members accountable when they fail to deliver promised deliverables Roles and responsibilities: Following is the division of roles and responsibilities Sarah will manage and will be the POC for the queries and issues related to hardware configuration Ahmad will be in direct contact with the field teams and ensure timely deployment of equipment. Farhan will look after the supply chain end of things and will be responsible for the procuring and new equipment and keep track of the inventory. Deepika will oversee the challenges and issues concerning the software configuration on all the sites.
