Background/Rationale All things come from small beginning, before we can have good harvest the Garden should have a good source of seeds and nursery, so that can have rotation of source of vegetables and the sustainability of the Garden. “Having a garden in school might answer the question about sustainability and subsistence. Providing food for the family may not be just for the daily existence but also for a long-term plan which has been an aguish to our society. Implementing Gulayan sa Paaralan directs pupils to learn to love eating green and leafy vegetables to make their body strong and healthy. GPP will increase the realization of young children and embed in their consciousness the importance and benefits of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that we can get from eating vegetables and fruits. Moreover, they will also learn the skills in planting vegetables and how to take care of them. Through this project, all citizen inside and outside the school campus can benefit the idea of having a GULAYAN and its importance for it will awaken their physical attributes and boost mental and psychological aspects of the community, and to learn how to sustain life. III. Project Objectives a. To sustain the Gulayan sa Paaralan project, b. Source of the vegetable seeds and minimized the buying of seeds, c.
